Our goal is to provide you with friendly service, great values and brand name products (Oster, Sunbeam, DeLonghi, Oneida, Kitchenaid)...every day!  Our store is designed to offer you a wide selection of products for every need in your kitchen, whether it be new small  kitchen appliances, stainless steel cookware, microwave ovens, flatware or cutlery sets.  The products we feature in our online store are neither the most expensive nor the least expensive.  Our mission is to provide good, high quality, brand name products, all of which are NEW from the manufacturer and come with the warranty the manufacturer provides. 

We use drop-ship suppliers for our products and orders are usually shipped in 1-3 days from receipt of your payment.  We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada.  We do not ship to PO or APO boxes.  Our suppliers offer generous return policies, however, sometimes they require a re-stocking charge.  We do collect certain information from you when you place an order with us, such as your email address and a shipping and billing address.  We value your privacy.  We DO NOT give or sell your information to anyone.  This information is collected ONLY for the purposes of fulfilling your order and send you relevant new information about our site.
