If you are not happy after initial inspection with quality, materials, or workmanship, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) request to have your order returned. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada. We do not ship to PO or APO boxes.
Return Policy:
You must have a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any item. Please contact us to obtain your RA number. We use different suppliers for our various products and they all require a return authorization or they will not accept the returned merchandise. Non-defective merchandise may be returned, however, there may be a restocking fee associated with those returns. That is why it is important to obtain an RA number prior to returning any product. Different suppliers charge different restocking fees, usually between 15% and 20%.
When you contact us for a Return Authorization, we will ask you to provide as much detail as possible explaining the reason(s) for all returns. Without an adequate reason for a return, our suppliers may reject a return, therefore, we ask that you be patient with us when we ask you for these details.
Some of our suppliers policies do not cover any physical damage that your product may incur in transit. You will then be required to settle your claim with the shipping company. If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, note any and all damage on the receipt. Refuse the shipment if possible so that it may be returned for freight claim processing. For partially damaged shipments or concealed damage, note the damage on the receipt and refuse the damaged item if possible. The shipping carton, packing and contents should be preserved as they were received.
How quickly will you ship my order?
All items we sell are supplied through a drop-shipper and usually ship within two or three business days of receiving payment for your order. Some specialty items such as our hand painted glassware, usually ships within 5-7 business days. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with the appropriate tracking number. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada. We do not ship to PO or APO boxes.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Our drop-shippers set shipping fees based on the weight of the product and have set it up as a table rate. Our drop-shippers also charge a small handling fee for each item, as they must package shipments from their bulk stock. We have incorporated the shipping and handling fees into our table of shipping charges. You will see the combined shipping and handling charge for your order as you check out.
